Using Fretweave
Fretweave provides interactive music-education tools for personal use. You may use the app to learn, practise and organise your own guitar study. You must not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute or use the app in a way that violates applicable law.
Educational information
Chord names, scales, progressions, suggested fingerings and song references are educational aids. Music can be interpreted and performed in different ways, so the app does not promise that every suggestion is the only possible approach.
Fretweave Pro
Fretweave Pro is intended to be a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It unlocks the Pro functionality included with the version purchased and can be restored through Apple’s purchase system using the same Apple Account, subject to Apple’s terms and platform availability.
Payments and refunds
App Store payments are processed by Apple. Refund eligibility and processing are handled through Apple’s purchasing services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Availability and changes
The app may be updated, improved or discontinued. Reasonable care will be taken to preserve purchased Pro access, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed where circumstances are outside the publisher’s control.
Intellectual property
Fretweave’s software, visual design, branding, original text and learning presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Artist and song names, where shown for educational reference, remain the property of their respective owners.
Contact and governing law
Fretweave is developed and operated in Australia. Final legal identity, ABN and support contact details will be added before public App Store submission.
