iPad requirements
The first release is designed for iPad running iPadOS 15 or later, in portrait and landscape.
No audio?
Turn up media volume, disconnect unintended Bluetooth devices and tap a playable note once to allow audio.
Restore a purchase
Open Settings in Fretweave and choose Restore Purchase while signed into the Apple Account used to buy Pro.
Playback feels too fast
Use the speed control in arpeggio or progression practice to reduce the tempo before starting playback.
Frequently asked questions
Does Fretweave require an account?
No. The first release has no Fretweave account or sign-in. Preferences, favourites and learning collections remain on your device.
Can I use Fretweave offline?
The core learning tools and included guitar sounds are designed to work without an internet connection once the app is installed.
Why can’t I access a Pro feature?
Some advanced chord types, scale positions, practice patterns and progression tools require the one-time Fretweave Pro unlock. If you have already purchased it, use Restore Purchase in Settings.
How do I request an App Store refund?
Payments are processed by Apple. Eligible refund requests can be made through Apple’s Report a Problem service. Your rights under applicable consumer law are not excluded.
